There are two different types of violin lessons. The first are live lessons presented to an individual student or to a class of students. Using this method, the student will receive individual attention from the instructor. The down side of this approach is that there is normally a charge for each lesson. A well prepared series of lessons teaches a student to be able to play the music of a number of different styles. These styles include classical, jazz, country, bluegrass and modern.
